A decade of project delivery across three countries, multiple market sectors and delivery models.

Stephen Walls founded SWPM in 2024 following a decade of built environment project management across the UK, Australia and Canada.

He began his career in civil engineering in County Durham, UK before joining JLL's Project & Development Services team in Melbourne, where he spent four years delivering commercial fit-outs, industrial redevelopments and major asset upgrades.

In 2023 he joined M Moser Associates in Vancouver as Senior Construction and Product Delivery Manager, leading fit-out projects and building internal PM processes for a growing Design & Build practice.

SWPM's early engagements included deep energy retrofit programmes in Canada before returning to the UK in 2025, where SWPM is currently active in energy retrofit and decarbonisation delivery in the North East.
